    What I have done that I’m proud of is I just switched to a diffrent brokerage, and I am very excited because this broker is investing in me which is very motivating to me and it got my butt in gear..

    What do you require of your buyer agents on your team to keep them accountable? When I pay for leads and hand them off to the buyer agent, I’d like a way to track what is being done from there.

    listing coming that is in major traffic construction zone, how do I market that or do showings? traffic doesn’t stop until after 6pm. I’m talking one lane road that has 17,000 cars a day
