Hey friends!
In today’s recipe we are going to be using the same skills we learned in the “Sheet Pan Dinner” recipe but with a bit of a kick! To start off we are going to #marinate our steak in an ancho lime mix and then we will prep the vegetables. Notice that I prep the veggies and marinate the meat in #Ziploc bags, that way I only have one pan to wash after all is said and done!
Baking the dinner is a breeze, although it does require some attention as you will have to add the #steak and change the settings on your oven about halfway through.

Ew, don’t buy lemon or lime juice in the bottle! It’s mostly water.
Patti Walker Rusk just wanted to let you know that actually the juice in those bottles is more consistent than that of a single lemon or lime. I’ve been canning food and storing it for years and for canning, the bottled juice is recommended because it is more consistent in concentration. There is no water in them.
Put chili lime on corn
I love how you measure…. I measure the same way LOL
