Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Amelie’s not only offers fantastic creme brulee, scrumptious salted caramel brownies and fruit tarts that make your taste buds dance, they also offer delicious coffee, homemade soups, sandwiches on fresh, crunchy baguettes and more. Once you decide what you would like to eat, and that may take some time, you will quickly understand why Charlotte magazine continuously honors them with the titles of “Best Bakery” (2013) and “Best Dessert” (2010-2013).
The original Amelie’s is located in the historic arts district of NoDa (North Davidson), just North of Uptown Charlotte. This location not only boasts its famous eatery, but also provides meeting rooms, private event space and catering. Adding to the Amelie’s family, there is the smaller “Amelie’s Petite” in Uptown Charlotte, an Amelie’s Rock Hill (SC) and a newly opened Amelie’s Atlanta.
