The Cowfish, a burger and sushi restaurant/bar, opened in 2011 and has never looked back. One signature dish is called “Burgushi”, which is an innovative mixture of burger and sushi. Kinda wacky, but hey! It works! This menu item allows you to have a sample mini-burger plus a sushi roll and three sides. The perfect option to try it all.
