This park encompasses over 2,100 acres of land and offers multiple ways for you and your family to get out and enjoy Charlotte’s gorgeous spring weather! Anne Springs Close Greenway is open year-round and the many activities that are offered include: hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and horseback riding to name a few. Plus you can visit a 1940s dairy barn, two 200-year old blog cabins, a historic home called the “Springfield House” and a wonderfully preserved Grist Mill.
Pack a picnic, bring your bike, kayak, walking shoes, binoculars – this amazing park has it all. You can spend the day here relaxing with your family or just an hour for a quick walk with your dog. But, I can tell you one thing, no matter how much time you spend – you will always find yourself wanting to go back to Anne Springs Close Greenway!
