Just a tad off the beaten path, this wonderful establishment offers many eceletic dishes that your taste buds will enjoy. Opened by Chef Bernard, and his wife Shannon, Global Restaurant provides Chef Bernard the perfect avenue to bring his worldwide influences to Charlotte. His cooking influences include his grandfather who was a pastry chef, his father who owned a fish shop, and his own personal experience working in France at three Michelin Star restaurants. Bernard’s wife Shannon brings her extensive experience as an entertainer and social planner in the cruise industry to Global and therefore the Front of the House staff is top notch.
Global is a wonderful place for dinner if you are looking for a quiet, romantic dinner. The food is delectable, the wine list is amazing and the service is impeccable. The perfect combination for a memorable date night!
