Hey friends! So, the other day I was thinking, “What kind of recipe could I make to really help cheer people up?” And that’s when it it hit me! Cheerwine, “It’s full of good cheer!” as the slogan goes.
For this recipe, I’ll feature #Cheerwine, made locally in Salisbury, NC, as an ingredient. As a matter of fact, I am even drinking a Cheerwine (adult) cocktail today!
In this episode, we aren’t even going to worry about added sugars because, y’all, it’s a dessert. So we’re baking a Cheerwine Poke Cake with a doctored up box mix, Cheerwine, and JELL-O!
Watch out! Your family is going to eat this all in one sitting. And it’s worth it!
Loooove Cheerwine.
Would have loved to see what a cut piece of cake looks like.
Love love watching your cooking show, but most seeing you have a drink or two while doing the cooking.

We Love Concord ,
Using just the egg whites make it a white cake and if you use the whole egg it makes it more of a yellow cake
Is it Dr. Pepper that she is talking about? She is so Funny, I Love watching her….
Joanne Lundquist Hakala Hlebasko It’s actually Cheerwine. Have you ever tried that?
4 23 my birthday! Cheers!
We don’t have cherry wine, wonder if we could use cherry coke or cherry Dr. Pepper?…..looks good!
Donna Murray I believe you can use either one.
Yum, that looks good! We don’t have Cheerwine in the northwest corner of Arkansas but there is something similar called Big Red. I’m going to have to try this for our next 5th Sunday potluck.
Ellie Hook I’m sure the Big Red would work fine. If you try it for the potluck, send me a picture here – I’d love to see it!
Thank you for NOT using KoolWhip!
