Hey friends! Today we are making something that even the pickiest and whiniest of kids will love (and drinking a Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co. Summer Shandy while we do it)! That’s right y’all, we’re making Doritos Casserole! This cheesy, layered dish is not exactly healthy, but it is more than just delicious, and you know what? It is a great excuse to get your family walking around the neighborhood with you to burn it off!

Furthermore, this dish is easily customizable to fit your family’s taste by picking your favorite salsa, Doritos flavor, Campbell’s “cream of” soup, Ortega seasoning, etc. I used Texas Pete Hot Sauce salsa because, for one it tastes good, and two it is made right here in North Carolina! Also, a special shout out to my McCormick Spice onion and garlic for added flavor.
And for all of y’all keeping count, this is the THIRD recipe in a row where we are baking at 350!

As always, check out the full recipe on my blog!

Please note: I get nothing from the companies and brands I use and mention but if they decide to pay me, I’m open to it.
