    The county clerks are closed too. If it takes all of us staying home for two weeks to save lives then it’s worth it. Leigh I adore you. I respectfully disagree.

    Large title insurance companies have stepped up and are insuring the gap between closing and recording. So this should not be an issue for most lenders.
