HOW DO WE CREATE A 3D TOUR?
The camera we use takes a 360 degree scan of each room of the property and puts them together to create a 3D model or “dollhouse”. The scanning process is fairly quick (1-2 hours) and once the 3D tour is complete, it is available on the web in less than two hours.
We are then able to use the 3D tour as added feature to your home’s current marketing package.
