Donald Trump. Yep, my bet is we will see a lot of these on the streets or at the parties. Get yourself a wig, a suit, and some play money and you are good to go!

Sadness. There’s no doubt that the popularity of the movie Inside Out will spill over into the Halloween scene. Get a pair of black, round glasses, blue clothes, a blue wig and most importantly, blue face paint and you will be transformed into this popular animated character.

Maverick. Touted as one of the most influential movies of all time, dressing up as Maverick from Top Gun never goes out of style. All you need is a pair of jeans, a plain white t-shirt, a leather bomber jacket and some aviator shades and you might just find yourself saying, “I feel the need… ” (Go ahead, you know the rest!)

Minion Bob. Those cute little yellow guys captured the hearts of millions this year and you will capture the candy this Halloween by wearing a yellow hoodie (or yellow face paint + yellow hat), a yellow shirt, and overalls. Don’t forget their most distinguishable feature – goggles! Made easily using a Mason jar lid band (remember, they have 1-eyed and 2-eyed versions) and strap them to your head.

Wilson. This is a great costume throwback to the ‘90s! Tim Allen’s neighbor on Home Improvement was never really seen, so this is a fun costume for those who are feely a tad shy on All Hallow’s Eve. A beige floppy hat, plaid shirt and a “fence” made out of Popsicle sticks held in front of your face and you are good to go!

Grumpy Cat. In love with the world’s grumpiest meme? Then this idea is for you. Dress in white, create brown cat ears and a brown tail, then blend a lot of brown eye shadow with white face paint and you are ready. Just don’t forget to frown!

Minecraft Steve. There’s no denying it. Minecraft is here to stay – just ask any kid between the age of 7 and 15 and they will agree! Creating Minecraft Steve can be done with a square box and some print outs to cover the box. Printout PDFs are readily available all of the internet, so get to Googling!

Marty McFly. Another flashback to the ‘80s! This costume is guaranteed to keep you warm and another bonus, you probably do not have to buy anything. All you need is a puffy vest, denim jacket, button down short, jeans, sneakers, sunglasses and a digital watch and you are ready to go Back to the Future!

Mime. A Halloween classic for those who want to give their voice a break for the night. Get some white face paint and paint your lips red. Wear all black clothes or a black and white striped top with black pants, a black hat/beanie (optional) and white gloves to complete the look. Mime on!

Ghost. When all else fails, throw a white sheet over your head, cut out some eyeballs, and call it a night. It’s better than nothing!
