Concord, NC – Leigh Brown, of RE/MAX Executive Realty (Leigh Brown and Associates team), recently earned her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS.
The CIPS designation provides associates with the knowledge, research, network and tools to globalize their business. “Our international buyers have needs that most realtors do not encounter and therefore do not have the tools, or the education, to serve those clients,” Brown explained. “The training and experience provided by the CIPS process will allow me to support a much larger client base and I am excited about these new opportunities.”
The CIPS designation is the only designation of its kind in the real estate community. Not only does it come with powerful brand recognition, but it allows Brown to join an influential network of international professionals. Most recently, Brown was a featured speaker at Inmocianate 14 in Madrid, Spain.
