It’s the time of year to visit as many festivals as possible! In North Carolina, not only do these months mean the holidays are right around the corner, but it also brings on lots of fun festivals to fill the weekends from now until the end of the year. We’re pretty excited to check out all sorts of different festivals – after all, there’s nothing like being a tourist in your own state!
How about a festival that’s a little out of the ordinary? If that’s your thing, you’ll have to check out Mystics on Main, which has a tradition of bringing together the area’s most talented psychics, tarot card readers, healers, karmic astrologists, Reiki masters, and intuitive artists.
If you’ve never had a psychic reading, you can expect to have the psychic look at your aura or the energy field around you. You can also expect to get more information about a particular situation you’re in, especially if you’re looking for clarity.
You could also get a Tarot card reading, which looks at both the general aspects of your life, along with the specifics (depending on the type of reading you’re looking for). The card reader has experience with the Tarot card deck (there are even different types of Tarot decks) and knows how to interpret the cards’ suits, illustrations, and the order in which they are dealt.
Healers will also be at the festival, and they have the ability to see visions and can travel between the physical and spiritual world.

Some of the psychics and readers expected at this year’s Mystics on Main include locals such as Susan Reynolds, June Hamilton, Constantino Lannes, Heather Gaffney-Darnell, Cat Mamone, Lori Michael, Linda Sedgwick, and Laura McFern, among many others.
Aside from a variety of readers, festival attendees can enjoy food and beverages at the coffee shop and view art from the Donna Downey Studios. Admission to the festival is free, along with parking, however individual readers have varying fees.
