If you know me, you know I am a southern girl through and through, and nothing says southern like a serving tray stacked high with homemade buttermilk #friedchicken!
I like to marinate mine in Turner Dairy Farms #buttermilk and then dredge it in seasoned flour not once, but twice to get that perfect #crispy crust. Of course it wouldn’t be the real deal if we didn’t add a kick, so make sure you’ve got some Texas Pete Hot Sauce on hand!

You have such a great personality. I just want to say I have been cooking in my cast iron pans for 70 years and I wash them in soap and water all the time and they are just like when my grandma used them than passed on to me. Never have a problem and they stay seasoned. I just dry them good, add a little coating of oil and good to go. Love your show.

I use the cast iron skillets that was my Grandmother’s they have to be 80 years old cook great always wash in soap an water never have a problem with sticking.love these pans don’t have any others.love your videos your sense of humor is so adorable watching from New Jersey

Love your show and your recipes but would it be possible to somehow shut out the background noise from your tv or family room and your ice maker? For those of us with hearing impairments, background noise makes it hard for us to hear you. Thanks for your consideration.
