Dixie Crystals Quaker Crisco Texas Tech University Lubbock, Texas

★ INGREDIENTS ★
* 1 stick butter (melted)
* 1 cup Dixie Crystals brown sugar
* 2 cups old-fashioned oats Pinch of salt
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
★ DIRECTIONS ★
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 inch pan melted with butter
2. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, oats, salt and vanilla until combined.
3. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting into bars.
