I think this is an excellent concept for a part time caregiver, whether a family member or not, providing privacy for the homeowner and the caregiver. (Years ago we would have called these spaces nanny quarters- now we’re very much on the other end of the spectrum). I think this would also be great for those folks looking for almost in home schooling scenarios where you have a tutor – perhaps a college aged kid assisting your prep age kiddos.
