This Cornelius, North Carolina restaurant has something fantastic going for it – it has a BREATHTAKING view of Lake Norman! This restaurant (and meeting space), which opened in the fall of 2013, is owned and operated by Nick Lyssikatos who also runs The Brickhouse in Davidson and Miciah’s Speakeasy in Mooresville.
This large eatery boasts over 300 seats inside and 150 seats on the outdoor patio, giving diners a grand view of all Lake Norman has to offer – boats and homes. The outdoor seating area, situated near their sand volleyball courts, includes sofas and fire pits to make nights on the lake even more enjoyable. Diners even have the ability to boat over to the restaurant, as they have their own dock which can accommodate 25 boats.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and the menu includes entrees that have a lighter, Mediterranean flavor. To complete your meal, Port City Club has worked with S&D Coffee and Tea (located in Concord, NC) to create a signature blend that goes nicely when choosing something sweet from their pastry bar.
In addition to the dining room, the Port City Club has the ability to host large parties or meetings due to the fact that they have three locations for parties of 65, 80 and 100.
So, come in today and see for yourself why Port City Club was awarded “Best Lakeside Dining” by the Lake Norman Currents magazine. It is certainly a local restaurant that you should not miss!
