Do I have any meatball lovers out there? ‍Today we are going to try another one of my favorite Betty Feezor recipes that is easy and flavor-packed – Porcupine Meatballs. Kids will love these because the rice sticks out of the meat, looking like a porcupine! Believe it or not, this is an old recipe that dates back to the depression era when families were trying to save on the amount of meat being used.
