undologoIs your phone constantly in your hand? Can you not make it through dinner without checking Facebook?  Do you have a panic attack if you go to the store and accidentally leave your phone at home? Does your laptop follow to every room in your home?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, and especially if you answered yes to multiple questions, then please join us this weekend the National Day of Unplugging from sundown Friday, March 7th until sundown Saturday, March 8th.
We are increasingly missing out on life’s precious moments as we keep our faces buried in our phones and live vicariously through others on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more.  It’s time to be an active participant in our own lives and connect with those in our homes, day-to-day lives, and communities.
unplugsignSign the Unplug Pledge and join us in reconnecting with those that are most important in our lives — our family and friends.  This project was created by members of the Reboot network. You can learn more about the project here: National Day of Unplugging and then upload your photo with your UNPLUG sign here
It’s only 24 hours — you can do it.  And we’ll be here to talk about it afterwards.
