If you’re a craft beer guru, Charlotte is quickly becoming the place to be and Triple C can claim some of those highly sought after local brews as their own. They first opened their doors in August of 2012 after the two owners got together after years of professional brewing at home. Success is brewing! Just last year Triple C completed $600K in renovations, including an expansion to the tap room, additional equipment to aid in the brewing process, and their own silo! The silo is just one of the many “efficiency” upgrades made to help boost their brewing capacity by 50%.

The brewery is projected to brew over 167,000 gallons of beer – that’s A LOT of beer! In the tap room they keep 6 beers on tap year round, typically consisting of a nice array of different styles of beer – something for everyone. Right now they’re tapping: Golden Boy, Light Pale Ale, Smoked Amber Ale, Greenway IPA, Zest-a-Peel, Baby Maker (yes, it is named that for a reason!), and the award winning 3C IPA. In addition to the year round selection, they always have a handful of seasonal beers, usually consisting of a few barrel aged varieties, a flavored IPA, and a tripel.

If beer is not your thing, come for the atmosphere! The brewery is nestled in the quaint South End area, with a gorgeous outdoor patio and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. For more information, or to find out about upcoming events, visit the brewery website.
