Leah Long, Director of First Impressions with Leigh Brown & Associates, grew up in Rock Hill and currently resides in Indian Trail with her husband and their furry, four legged children Zoey and Duke. With over 30 years of restaurant experience, the Liapis family opened the doors to Carolina Prime Steakhouse in September 2005. The philosophy behind their business plan was simple – provide great tasting food in an atmosphere that makes everyone feel like family. They believe their people are their best asset, and a lot of their staff have been with them since day one! Owners George and Mary want every experience to be divine and ask that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied – to ask for them directly!
